Want some ideas on how to take a low hassle,low cost beach trip with the kids? If you’ve gone to the beach with kids, chances are you’ve had good days and bad days. I’ve had days where it was the constant stress of “I’m hungry”, “I need to go to the bathroom” “When are we gonna be there?’ “Hurry up, we gotta go” etc that have left me wondering why I even bothered at all. But after years of slowly learning how to minimize the stress, we’ve found ways to have a great family day


Healthy Habits
Have you ever tried to develop a new habit? It can be so hard to try something new and stick to it. Whether its working out 20 minutes a day, eating healthier, spending more quality time with the ones we love, limiting our screen/social media time or something else, creating new habits can really move our life in the direction we want to go. I've found that replacing an existing bad or unwanted habit with a new habit is the easiest way to start something new, and much easier
